Standing out as challenger to Dubai and to the Emirates, Lebanon and its capital Beirut make a visible return on the cultural and creative planet, as all the Middle East which becomes an emerging place in these domains.
Placed under the high patronage of Unesco and the patronage of the French Ministry of Culture and Communication, Gérard Larcher, Mayor of Rambouillet, a historic city near Paris, is also the President of the Senat, the second French assembly and it is under its impulse that the Festival was born.
It is not surprising that Mister Larcher is taken care of giving to the Lebanese culture a window of expression seen the historic relations established between France and Lebanon.
During almost 20 days, Rambouillet will celebrate the Lebanese culture and the program is already warning of a success which will be widely shared by the visitors.
Endowed with a complete program, Alexandre Najjar organized his Festival around all the cultural and creative disciplines. The Lebanon talents will have the opportunity to share with the visitors the multiple expressions of the country.
Exhibition of Raymond Yazbeck's photos, drawings of Zeina Abirached, Master Class with Charbel Rouhana, Round Table on Lebanese Roman or projection of film as " The Kite " of Randa Chahal, every day will see the Festival animated around the Lebanese cedar.
