While walking around during the Palm Springs Fotofestival in the Spring 2008, we were astonished to see the work of Susan Burnstine. Immediately seduced by her work, we asked Susan to show us more of her portfolio and she has indeed revealed to us her dreams.

Provocative ? No, philosophical !
Since we started to make a documentary on Gerard Rancinan, I cannot get the work done in this photo series entitled  "Métamorphoses" and exhibited at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris.

Barbara Traub is a photographer living in California. We met with her in her home-town of San Francisco.
Barbara, the daughter of a photographer, was born and raised in Baltimore and earned a degree in humanities from Johns Hopkins University. She studied photography in Florence Italy as part of an exchange program.

François Fontaine, is a fairly untypical case in terms of the French art scene, having started his academic studies in the History of Art at the University of Sorbonne where he wrote his thesis for his doctorate. This specialist in artistic theory rapidly became fascinated in the medium of photography and developed at the same time a passion for travel.

Soon, his celebrity will pass new frontiers, as it was he who won the prestigious 2007 Oskar Barnack Leica prize, during the « Rencontres d'Arles Festival».

Indian photographer Pablo Bartholomew is 51 years old. He has been a photojournalist for the international press for 25 years. Here is a man passionate about his art that he decided to exhibit this year at Arles. For this exhibition, he has neither chosen his most recent nor his best-known work, instead he has chosen his early collection of black and white photos from the 1970’s and 80’s.
